On a Monday night , 9 PM, the wait on the drive through was 45 minutes. Either they were heavily understaffed and are not well... trained. Never coming here again. Read more
Worst McDonald?s ever. Took employees 15-20 minutes just to take my order on the microphone. Waited an extra 20 minutes to get... the food. Order was wrong, and employee working there flipped us off for complaining. They take so long that most cars leavethe drive-thru before receiving their order. Stay away from this McDonald?s unless you like having your time wasted. Read more
Literally saw an employe take a sip in a drink to then give it to a client. The machines are always broken. They lock the door... at 17h and won't serve people on the drive through either. we waited 30minutes at the drive through then gave up as no employeeseemed to be there. Read more
I was impressed in a not very good way today, when I went to pick up an order that was already ordered and paid for via the... mcdonalds mobile app. At 9 am: The front and back doors were locked, both drivethrough entries blocked via garbage cans,despite the restaurant having: 24h open sign Hours on google that indicate open from 6 am The mobile application allowing toplace orders and select pick up from inside counter. Tried calling, no answer. Had to basically bang on the drive throughwindow to get the attention of someone who was talking on a cellphone, who basically signaled "we are closed" at which point wehad to yell that we already paid for our order and thst it was a pick up. Only then did they give us our order which was coolingoff as it was probably ready over 10 minutes ago while we tried to get in for 15 minutes. Could have been worse, as we did getour order in the end, but really not great. If the restaurant isn't open, hours should be changed and mobile app should notallow ordering. Read more

Their Workers are amazing really better than most outlets I most say. The store doors are locked and no dine-in allowed but... they are open to customers at the back window thus creating a long wait and long queue. It?s terrible when you do not have a caror you are a delivery person who has to constantly stand outside in the extreme winter cold just to pick up food or buyfood. Their toilets are mostly clean which is also why I gave 3 stars. Read more
