I was so excited to finally bring the kids out to this patio, which is very nice and spacious, and the kids menu is great, with... very good prices. I have never written a bad review in my life, but our evening was ruined there after our order took over anhour to arrive (almost 1.5 hrs). With two kids running around bored and getting way too tired, it was not at all enjoyable. Iwas shocked that the staff, who were otherwise nice, provided such bad service and poor excuses (also pretty much no apology)for the super long wait. Tables who arrived much after us had been served before and when I asked what happened, I was told thatits because we had ordered "two courses". I ordered the kids a cup of soup to hold them over and that was what held up the mealby an hour!? It really seems they had forgotten our very uncomplicated order but didn't want to admit it. We had to box it upright away and leave, and were given no apology nor compensation. It was pretty disappointing. Read more
