We have not eaten here but we almost used them for catering. They came highly recommended from a friend. If we did not live so... far away we would have used them. My sister passed away on September 7 and Collins brown McGillivray funeral home gave me 2 french copies their menus and they and... they said they had no English copies so I went down to their address on st Marc st and they refuse to open the door saying theyhad no time for me Remember I am grieving the loss of my Sister and I had 8 days to make all the arrangements for the funeraland I am from Winnipeg I guess that was their way of saying the have to keep the French language Lawrence Johnson Read more

Very disappointed with the level of customer service and professionalism. I was heading an event recently in Montreal and my... team had engaged with Julien-Leblanc about 6 weeks prior to the day of the event and were confirmed on the calendar and more orless "booked". After that, complete silence. Any questions or inquiries were left unanswered. Numerous calls were fielded by thereceptionist than passed on to a voicemail (also left unanswered). I by chance got a response that mentioned we had to pay adeposit but no additional details were provided on how to provide said payment. It left me to find an alternative caterer at thelast minute. Thankfully the alternative worked out amazingly. To offer some background, my budget was around $7K for a smallevent downtown Montreal. In short, be warned. If you're a marketing event manager or an event planner and you start getting thesilent treatment from J-L, then RUN. I do not recommend. I would give no stars if I could. Read more

Fruits wasnt fresh, some molding. Theyre only open on weekdays, so if your event is on the weekend, u get food prepared the day... before. I wasnt able to verify their tax numbers even after 2 inquiries, even the numbers in the official receipt is notverifyable. The guy in charge of my order didnt reply to any of my emails within the week before my event. Even after speakingto someone on the phone, my request wasnt done. Audrey is the absolute best. From day 1, she took excellent care of us and must have answered hundreds upon hundreds of emails... related to our wedding, and dealt with every change appropriately. COVID beyond complicated our wedding planning, but Audreyalways adapted. Everything we ordered for our wedding dinner was excellent, the staff and maitre D were beyond kind andfriendly, plus our guests had a great time. They were able to find options that catered to us and our many, many allergies. A+,we'd use them again in a heartbeat! Read more
