The Indian employee with a hat and glasses was very miser while making the sandwich, clearly a lack of experience, he also... insisted he wasn't instead of just making my order like every other subway do. Went in because I was craving the little Italian Aioli sidekicks. After a long wait for our turn, because there was only one... staff (not the young man's fault), he informed me that they had no little potatoe breads left. So I ordered the closest thing; apizza sub. My plan was to make something similar to the initial sandwich I wanted, so I asked for extra salami. Next stepveggies. They were out of spinach and onions, had only some green peppers left. Which are the only things that deserve to be onsuch a sandwich IMO lol. Whatever I order lettuce and some other aging veggies. At the till I am charged 4.69+ tx for 4 slicesof generic salami. Such a cost should come with a disclaimer!! Sir you're about to increase the cost of your sandwich by 50%,do you wish to proceed? Ordered an 12 inch and asked to make it two. He wrapped it the way that all the veggies are out and when I asked him to wrap... separately he opened it and I could all of it outside.. he didn?t even bother to put them inside and wrapped it as it is infrontof me. Very bad customer service. Read more
Hi all I would not qualify subway as a restaurant more of a snack bar. They have no service at tables and you wait in line... wail they prepare your favorite sub or sandwich. Very convenient opening hours 24 hours . It's a difficult place to operatewhen you consider the location , employee ' s are usually very patient as there is many Uber drivers , DoorDash or Skip comingin all the time , they are always in a hurry . It makes a little crazy but subway staff manages pretty well . I have beengoing at this Guy location for almost 5 years and I will keep on going . Cheers Mike Read more
