I got by 300$ robe stolen here last week. Sure, it is my responsibility to keep my property safe, but I only left my item on the... counter for about 15 mins and came back only to be gone with none of the staff being aware or with the willingness to help. Iasked to see the cctv footage, and they only said that the owner has access to it and all I was allowed to do was leave a shortmessage. I don't understand what the cctv is for at this point. The response to the message is still not given to me, I delayedmy review to wait for the response and so here is the review. This is a sketchy place where nothing will be done about yourstolen item. Bad service and rude staff they didn?t know how to treat a customer . Specifically one staff member . Her name is ?Mozh? . She... is very rude she didn?t even change her gloves while making the veg sandwiches. also, she is ignoring all the customer needs andsay a clear no when customer wants to add something in the sandwich.
