We used to buy and promote their products regularly and was about to purchase and promote a lot more but the customer service is... awful. There should be qualified and experienced customer service reps that actually take a the time to respond to inquiriesinstead of ignoring them. As a customer, when one receives zero response to emails and phone calls, especially when directed tothe company's Director and/or Director of Communications. Not replying several times is perceived as arrogance and poor customerservice. You may be experiencing a good level of success with your products at this time, but now that the vegan foods market isexploding and has a vast selection of delicious options arriving on the shelves daily, you should perhaps consider showing alittle more respect to those who have helped with that success and supported your product. I will not be purchasing orrecommending your product any more but will instead be supporting companies that know how to treat their customers. Good luck! Read more

The gusta burger and vege dog were on point but their morning potatoes (a little soggy and not as flavorful as I expected) and... the muffins were lacking (the icing was hard). But the food honestly brings back some memories from my carnivore days. Thisplace is a definite repeat. We went in 30 minutes before closing and staff was cool about it. Check it out. Read more

The food is just amazing, I ended up ordering three sandwiches and my wife as well, because we wanted everything on the menu.... The staff was so nice, we stayed half an hour after eating just to talk with the cashier/cook. Would definitely recommended andwe'll definitely stop by again next time that we're in the area. Also I bought a really cool shirt that came with a freepepperoni and cheese to cook pizza. Couldn't be more satisfied! Read more

This place was great! They had a huge variety of sausages. I got the kebab and it was delicious and not expensive.

One of my favourite vegan restos to eat at in Montreal! Their food is delicious, every thing is very tasty. Small menu which I... like. Great location when you are already getting fruits and veggies at the market. The only thing is their chairs and stoolsare not very comfortable and the look of the place is nothing special.
