Honestly, with the high rating of this restaurant, I had bigger hopes. My soup was lukewarm, and the one from my friend wasn?t... any better. The broth was tasteless, mainly a lack of flavour. The number of noodles in the soup was astonishing; 3/4 of the bolwere noodles. The fresh spring rolls were cold and felt stale. The only acceptable item we ordered was the hot spring rolls, which were cold too? If this wasn?t enough, the chopsticks we initially received were dirty. And the employee did not seem veryhappy to be at work. If the items above were somewhat acceptable, we would have let them slide. Anyone could have a bad day. Butthe shocking part was the way the employee treated the delivery person. Treated them as inferior to them, which is unacceptablein front of clients. Read more

TL;DR: -1 for waiting time, -1 for messing up the order. The food is amazing when they get it right. Me and my friend had to... wait 40 min for our take out order: 1 pho and 1 bowl. When we finally got the order and went back to the office, my friendrealize that he had received only bouillon without anything in it, no noodles, no veggies, no protein? 40 minutes to not get itright is sad. I was in the neighborhood for business and I saw Phoooo. It's chilly so I went in. Good portion for a Large PHO but they add... wayyyy too much onions in that soup(I was fighting onions at every bite), the broth was ok could not really taste it because itgot overpowered by onions... the noodle were overcooked so I wasn't really vibing with the texture. My spring roll was greatthough super crispy, hot, dipped in the fish sauce it was Perfect. Service was ok ...u gonna pay for you order 1st then u cansit, the place is super cute and it was pretty cheap 21$ for my meal. Read more

The quality has been going downhill for Le Petit Sao. It was the last time for us to give a shot for this place. No direct... service at the table anymore, you have to go and pay in advance to get your food. As usual now, they ask you for tips even ifyou didn't get service yet... Regarding the food, the food is ok, nothing special. It's better to go to other vietnameserestaurants, it's cheaper and more authentic. The bun cha pork balls were over salty and burnt. We mentioned it to one of thewaitress who said that she would let the chef know, but no-one ever came back to talk to us about it... We were with a toddlerand his food was served in a porcelain bowl and adults in plastic one. No cutlery nor plastic cups for kids were provided. I hadto ask it by myself and got a normal cup... The high chair which was provided to us was dirty and we had to clean itup... Overall, the food is ok but this restaurant is overpriced for its quality and service. Read more

Got takeout today, and it was delicious - just like every time I've eaten at the PSC location or Atwater market. The bun cha,... veggie spring rolls, General Sao chicken - all perfect, everything fresh, well cooked, and good portions. Can't wait to go backfor the yummy pho and banh mi! Read more
