Positive: Ease of parking and access from garage, to elevator, to the room. Negative: First off, the hotel webpage isn¿t... accurate. The mini shop is no longer open, the and the restaurant is a different restaurant that is poor. Our room faced asmall parking area with flood lights facing room. The refrigerator in our room did not work. Read more
300 plus dollars per night and they won't deliver fresh towels to your room. Given the owner's recent reply I suppose I will... clarify. Arrived back in our room at about 1:00am. It had been raining. We were quite wet from walking back to the hotel. Ourtowels had been used during the day and were not dry. I called the front desk to request fresh towels so we could dry off andwas told "we are too busy" and then the front desk hung up. So it may be correct that they deliver fresh towels every day, justnot when you may require them. I trust this clarifies this review. Read more
I really don't understand why it was rated as a 4 star hotel on booking websites. When it is a 3 star hotel and I would rate it... as 2 stars at almost. The whole building and rooms are old. Location was so so. I have stayed in many hotels, the bathroom wasthe smallest I have ever got. I can hit my daughter's legs by the door when she sits on the potty. Paid almost $250 but theoutdoor parking $32 was not even included. (Even more expensive than Sheraton underground parking.) Staff was efficient but nosmiles or friendly at all. The only con is it was clean and I was so tired so I didn't care and stayed. Read more
This was a great hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They stored our luggage and printed our boarding pass... for the way back. They also provide a taxi service for a relatively fair price. The room service staff changes daily and onetime they did misplace an item or threw it out but that was minor compared to their general performance. The location is reallywhat sells it. Most things are within a 40 minute walking distance. The environment is also very friendly and most people speakenglish so there's a miniscule language barrier. Read more

Standard clean room and bathroom. Room style was very old. Very loud at night with all the construction. 5-7 minute walk to ste... Catherine street which has a lot of good restaurants and cafes. 35 minute walk to old Montreal. Parking lot is safe andspacious. About $30+tax a night. Ask front desk about where to park to be close to the hotel elevators or else it might beconfusing. Read more
