Unfortunately today took me over one hour in the drive thru. Only 6 cars were ahead of me. Not sure if it's a staff shortage or... people ordering 25 drinks in drive thru but it's crazy. Only reason I'm giving a low rating. Read more
just like all the reviews, i would give 0 if i could. i drove 25 mins to get to starbucks, the guy working just looked at me and... shakes his head, its 10:45pm, closing is at 11, then the girl opens the drive thru window bc im standing and continuouslyknocking then tells me ?all my workers are sick theres no employees? and i was like oh okay i understand, but after reading allthe reviews on here where they repeatedly have told this story to numerous people, i am BOILING. LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. letme educate you workers, you clean AFTER CLOSING TIME. which is 11PM NOT 10:45. 10:45 is still opening time. i used to work atIGA closing the bistro and leaving 1 hour after closing and i would deal with the hours because its my JOB. i got out of that bci worked hard, if it was them put in our situation of driving all the way to the Starbucks then they would be mad as well it?slike would you want that to happen to you? Something needs to be done about this Starbucks!!! I am a walk-in client, and this Starbucks is often closed to walk-ins (only... open for drive-thru)!!! Lack of staff, maybe???
