We went and we tried: gyoza ( Japanese raviolis) takoyaki, maguro poke, karaage (fried chicken) pokuribu.... Everything was... delicious, good quality and tasty! My only complain is that for me the amount of the plates are not so much for the price, youpay more for the quality. But overall it was a good dinner but a little bit expensive more than $170.... By Montreal restaurant standards, Biiru is an enjoyable and interesting North American take on izakaya-style fares. The majority... of the food items that I ate at Biiru , across the years (I go to Biiru 2,3 times every year), were generally tasty and properlyexecuted. The place is fun, service is great. Its a cool resturant with nice Japanese decoration, we made reservation because its usually busy, the staff was very friendly... and asked if we need help with the menu. Going there you need to order 2-3 dishes at least because the portions are small tomedium. The service was slow we waited at least 20 mins, The food wasn't wow but I loved the veggie Gyoza they were so deliciousas well as the grilled salmon. The salmon tartare was okay, The ramen sarada salad was also ok, not special. The music was tooloud. Read more

A wonderful and pleasant experience with a mouth-watering selection of dishes that can be shared with good company. Its... stylistic decor offers a comfortable and inviting atmosphere to indulge in their various drinks, from mocktails to sake bombs. Not too small with a cozy patio, this is worth trying out. Their korokke was a delicious little gem, creamy and soft, I could'veate 10 of those for supper. The service was also fantastic, kind, and knew their menu by heart. Doesn't that deserve points initself? Read more
