Me and my Dad are Paella aficionados, and this restaurant's version is the best. No ingredient in the Paella was either over or... under-done. Given the variety of ingredients, that says something about the skill of the chef. Portions are quite satisfying.The server was really friendly and accommodating. At a recent visit me and my friends found out that the Paella has to be shared, so the price is double what's on the menu. The... pan is not big to fully satisfy an adult while sharing. Authentic Paella is crusty on the bottom, and this was not. Thevegetables tasted like they came from the frozen food isle.
