Came once for a mc fleury, couldn't pay at the counter and didnt have my card with me so i left. Came a second time, ordered on... the touch screen but they didnt have my selection , was offered something else - again it happens. Came a third time, Orderedthrough the touch screen but told me i had to pay at the cash register - which is no issue. Lady was nice enough and apologeticbut I was literally given my change half in coins ... I get being short staffed, and it's a pain everywhere , but I find thatthis location is still a rough spot, and I don't understand why they don't have change when they clearly aren't on a busy day ?The staff is young and nice so the issue isn't there, but the management needs to seriously up their game. One of the worst Mcdonald's I've been to, waited 15 mins at the drive through, after a second "Heelloo?" girl said she was alone... so it will take a moment, alright... I put in my order, drive to the payment window, paid and waited another 10 mins for myorder all the while 4 teen girls are huddled in a circle giggling and talking.. I thought she was alone? Anyhow all this andthey gave me a regular chicken sandwich instead of the spicey one and it tasted like wet socks, barely any mayo barely anylettuce; 2 Mcdoubles, junior chicken, Quarter pounder and wrong chicken sandiwch $25!! Filled 1/3 of cup café with one missing TR MacPoulet in my order. When I called to ask resend it to me, they told me we can not... send it again and I should go there to takeaway however, I paid for delivery. Never recommend you. Waisting money. PS: Also therest of the foods wasn't fresh! Read more
The worst McDonald's! I purchased 3 medium drinks, I was given a very small quantity. I asked why and was told that it has to be... at the line. I've been buying McDonald's my whole life! Service quality went down a lot. You have a screen to follow up on your order when the employees take down the number as soon as... it comes in deletes the purpose of it. If I order online or on the machines if I don't see my order number I have to ask theemployee if my order is done, was received, or given to someone else .... just leave the number on the screen until you actuallyserve the customer Read more
