**Original review below** After posting this review and submitting an official one with Harvey?s I received a call from the... manager at this location. He was apologetic and explained that this location is family run and they care about their clients?experiences. I was offered a free meal next time I go. It?s nice to know that they are willing to attempt to make things rightand possibly change the customer?s perception. In consequence, Increasing my rating by 1 star. **Drive-thru is not a good ideawhen ordering from this location. Waited 30 min and then went in to see what the delay was. They finally gave me only my burgerswithout the fries/onion rings. (I checked before leaving) When I told them and they tried to complete my order, they then forgotone of the fries. I should have received a free meal for this experience. I love Harvey?s so I?ll go back but I won?t be goingthrough drive-thru at this location and I will always check my bag before leaving. I went to a lot of different Harvey's and we always love their food but this is by far the worst one I have ever went to. We... went to their drive thru and they got our order wrong. One of the burgers didn't even have any condiments in there! Just thepatty and the buns! The burger didn't taste like the other Harvey's. Also we waited more than 20 mins to get our order. This is the only drive thru I've ever been on that asks for a tip when paying by card... Edit: I see that the owner has replied... asking that I submit an official review. A public complaint should be answered in public. It's not new that your drive thru asksfor tips. As an owner, it's a simple choice to disable that feature, and I'm not the first reviewer to post this complaint. Myorder was 100% Harvey's (no St-Hubert in my order). The lady at the cash knew what she was doing, she asked me to touch thekeypad to follow the on screen instructions! (which is unsanitary and unnecessary for a drive-thru!!!!!!!).
