Firstly, I never return food. I have been raised to eat what's on my plate, knowing that some people don't have that luxury.... This, however, was the worst poke bowl I've ever had. The majority of it was lettuce and it was covered in mayonnaise. So muchmayo that it was literally all I could taste. When I asked for a refund I was told there was nothing they could do about itbecause I 'had already touched it'. No offer of a refund, no exchange for something I could eat. Edit: after staying in therestaurant for awhile and asking them to call their boss and explain the situation, they eventually did and she agreed to a 50%refund. Not entirely happy and will never come here again but at least they reluctantly went some way towards making it right. Read more
Large portions poke bowl. Apparently they have really good banh mi as well, the table next to us was raving about how great it... tastes, definitely will try next time. They also have banh mi+bubble tea combos for only $15. Read more
This restaurant isn't that good. Firstly, we ordered 3 CHICKEN sandwiches and 1 BEEF sandwich. Guess what we found inside them:... PORK, there was PORK in each one of the sandwiches. They didn't mention anything about PORK when we ordered. Our whole family isHALAL, MUSLIM, So we don't eat pork in our religion, but they didn't say anything about until we started eating them in the carand realised there was things like pork in it, we called them and they told us theres pork in our sandwiches and that this wassomething NORMAL. They told us we had to warn them about not putting pork. BUT WHO KNOWS THEY WOULD PUT PORK IN CHICKEN AND BEEFSANDWICHES. This is actually a very disrespectful action. Not only halal people but lot's of other religions and people don'teat PORK. You can't just randomly put pork in chicken and beef sandwiches. AND if they actually would put pork, THEY SHOULD ATLEAST MENTION IT IN THE DESCRIPTION AND NOT MAKE IT A BAD SURPRISE TO ALL. Finaly, to be honest, the taste of the sandwich wasnot even that good. The bread was hard, and the overall taste of it isn't the traditional delicious kind of sandwich. Wetechinally bought over 41$ for 4 sandwiches that we can't EAT.
