I found this jewel of a bar on a late night walk in my neighborhood. I instantly felt welcome when I entered. Very friendly... barmaid / bar staff. I love the crowd - A mix of Old Mtl residents and a couple tourists. ( age range 30+ , as a 44 yr oldsingle woman I felt very comfortable) Great whisky, great times! Read more
The first and only drink we had was relatively strong but tasted horrible. We had decided not to tip, as it was already an... expensive drink that we stood to pick up ourselves. (no table service or anything). And because of that, all the staffers turnedhostile on us. They told us they don't service people who don't tip. Even though we were paying customers. It really soured ourexperience, and was just sad overall. So beware, if you go here even if the service is not good/or they just do the bare minimumthey feel entitled to a tip. Doorman was able to quickly get us a table for 4 and we had great service! The only thing is that i find that the interior was... extremely dark as if they had a power outage. Turns out the decor is very dim and music is quite loud. Read more
Came here on a Friday at 7. They had run out of charcuterie and cheese boards, only had the three pasta dishes. The beef one was... alright, but the first one just tasted like lemon juice. Service was quick, but there was barely anyone there anyways. Mycocktails were pretty good, my friend enjoyed his raspberry beer. Read more
