The price charged is higher than the advertised price in the menu pamphlet which the cashier told me to look at. They didn?t do... anything to refund me or whatnot. Poor customer service. Such practices should be prohibited for the customer interests as thisshould be considered fraud. (2 stars for the food tastes fresh) Read more
HEADS UP go before 8pm!!! They say they close at 9pm but that is a lie. I went last night at 8:15 and the doors were locked and... the staff just stared at me like I was crazy. This is the third time I have tried to come to this location before 9pm(supposedly closing time) and the doors are locked and the staff just turn their head. I am quite disappointed because I lovefreshii, but the last few experiences have really deterred me from even considering coming back. Read more
