At the drive thru. So small order with a large coke. I'm handed the drink and it's half full. I give her back the drink and she... answers that it's the machine that fills it... but does fill it up. I had to insist that I paid for a large and will get itfull. She poured another full medium drink in the empty space! What a rip off. Read more
Omg first time in a while that I go to a McDonald and I don't have something bad to aat. The staff was friendly, the order call... outs were clear. The food came fast and there was someone cleaning the tables!!! 5 stars!!!! Read more
I don't expect a fine dining service experience when going to a McDonald's, but there is a standard level of service that should... be delivered and unfortunately that isn't at this location. If it isn't the uncleanness (dirty tables, sticky floors oroverflowing garbage cans), it's the rude, arrogant staff. They prefer to chit chat with one another rather than focus on thecustomer and the rest of the restaurant. I also want to point out that the last couple of times I went, the soda machines eitherdon't have ice, or no carbonation in the drinks. It's a shame to see this restaurant in such a sad state. Really hope the ownercan take feedback from my comment and the other comments here and make some real changes. Read more
