Our waitor Alex was awesome, very friendly and great to chat with the kids. However, we did feel kinda blown off when we... questioned what was in my husband's fries (see pic attached). The food was just okay. I had the Canadian burger with some kindaham or bacon slice on it, that was undercooked, all our fries were undercooked and my burger was definitely processed whichdoesn't reflect the price very well. My husband's burger was good but the fry thing definitely turned us off from returning inthe future! The kids meals were great but we were definitely disappointed that there were no specialty drinks available forthem, and the dessert was somthing you would expect from a fast food joint (mini ice cream sandwich). In comparison to whatBoston pizza offers for children, we were disappointed. One of our favorite places to eat but we won't be back to thisparticular location!! Read more

Been a little while since my wife Pat and i have been here. Being a lifetime lover of the western world i thoroughly enjoy the... atmosphere here. Enjoy the rustic setting. Upon being seated i ordered the second largest size of beer in a glass (only 2 bucksmore). Pat was satisfied with the water provided. I ordered the curly pasta with crunchy bacon bits smothered in creamy sauceand topped with cheese (Mac & cheese). Tasted Devine. The cornbread was a delightful addition to my meal. Pat ordered thesizzling burrito and we were both delighted hearing it coming before actually seeing the sizzling plate. Pat was excited aboutthe abundance of delicious accoutrements served with the provided meat. She took great care in loading her tortilla and thenwrapping it tightly. Waiter was kind enough to check on us a we dined. Overall great experience and a joy to have dinedhere. Pat was thankful that the size of her meal entitled her to enjoy leftovers next day. We were made to feel welcomedbeginning from the employee who opening the front door for us, being welcomed inside and being shown to our seat. I've been to Montana's a couple times before and it is a brand name chain restaurant with a western BBQ theme. I had mentioned... to my new Fiancé that I would love a good steak dinner for my birthday, and she totally surprised me by taking me to theMontana's in Moncton. Previously I have experienced long wait times to get into Montana's, but this time I was pleasentlypleased to be able to walk in and request a booth, and one was cleaned for us right away, maybe a 5 mins wait which wascompletely acceptable. I always request a booth if available, for the privacy and ambiance. I was a little taken aback when theyseated another couple directly accross from us, when many other booths were available. I could hear their conversation loud andclear without trying to listen, even to the point of drowning out my conversation with my Fiance.. so I know they could hear usas well. With there being soo many tables available, I would have thought the hostess would spread us out more, but from theirstandpoint, It is probably easier for them to group us all together. That was a minor point I've seen happen in manyrestaurants, and didn't ruin my experience. We were offered drinks right away, I always get diet pop and most chain restaurantsoffer free refills as did this one. We ordered our food quickly and being steak, I assumed it would take some time to cook. Ifind medium perfect, not too bloody like medium rare and not overcooked like medium well. It did take a reasonable amount oftime to get our meal, but gave us time to chat, and we were in no hurry, It was my birthday afterall, so I was taking it all in.Usually they have sports on, but tonight the American Music awards were playing on the TV, but the house mucic was playing overthe speakers which was all we could hear, and the sound system was very good..
