The staff are very polite and patient. They are very busy. I am sorry to say that this is the 2nd time in a row that I get home... and sometime is missing in my order. Next time, I will open my bag to make sure that I received my full order. Thak you. Read more
First time visiting this Tim's, and I won't go back. We waited for over 5 minutes at the front counter with a line behind us,... before two individuals working at the front counter we're arguing on who was going to serve.. both of them walked away and therewas nobody there. We didn't even get greeted with a "hello" or "we'll be right with you" which is very unprofessional when yourstaff are the face of a business.
