The food is okay, Its a nice and easy quick bite to get. However the staff isnt always the nicest. On a hot summer day they... refuse to give water or fill up water unless you pay $2. I still come here a lot though as again, its an easy bite. Read more
Worst location in history. Head office needs to fire the manager who is the ruuudest person I have ever met. She does not care... about her job at all! They also lie, are so mean and always forget items! I always check my bag and tell them what they missedor put in wrong. KFC needs to shut this place down or fire all the staff and management at start again immediately! They alsoblamed my Uber driver for stealing my drinks lol. I talked with her on the phone and she said she didn’t care what happenedand also doesn’t care if the Uber driver stole the drinks and hung up the phone on me while we were “talking”. Pathetic staff.. just picked up an order 10 minutes back which was assigned by Uber. The lady manager Give me two bags to... deliver after delivering it to the customer ,customer called in and says he is missing two drinks from the order. Customer callthe restaurant to confirm the manager was very rude and put all the blame on the driver that is me that she gave me the drinks.I don’t know why they’re putting that on me.. highly shameful.. Many people in line, even had some people leave. I ordered online to "skip the line" as promoted. No AC, nobody in front,... people have not ordered. Yes, they probably have a shortage of staff, but acknowledge your customers. I ended up ordering atwrong location. Order was not ready as per email received... Will avoid this location moving forward. Kids prefer otherchains now and regret giving the promo a try. Read more
