My mother and I went to this location on 03/31/2022.Long story short there was a long strand of hair in her sub. Called the... location agent didnt seem to care, claims to be busy. Completed a survey, was contacted by a franchisee by the name of TajinderSanghera. He acted as if he was concerned in the email i received back on 04/04/2022. i quote in his words from the email " Iapologize your last visit did not meet your expectation. I have shared your feedback with my team to improve our customerservice. Do you have a copy of receipt by any chance? I will be glad to solve this for you." and the receipt was sent to him.Its now 05/25/2022 and have not heard from the franchisee. I only rated this review 1 star as i wasnt allowed to choose 0 ornegative stars. Even the cups the clerk was giving us were dirty. I visited this subway location today and never had such bad experience anywhere else! It was not busy at all, it was just me and... one other customer! She started making my Veggie Patty and the other person ordered chicken sub! I was not in a hurry nor hewas! But she started making both of them together and without changing the gloves! And she was in such a hurry, dont know why!When i told her to change gloves as I am a vegetarian, she started making faces and started eye-rolling! Like yeah ma'am noteveryone eats chicken! Walked in and it was clear the staff wasn't very attentive. As I order she had a blank look on her face, asked me to repeat... myself. When I did she tried to correct my order. She did not know what is on her menu as I ordered a 5$ sandwich and the word"combo" confused her. When I repeated myself for the third time, she was still very confused. I shouldn't have to explain a subto a subway worker, left without food because I do not think she could understand simple direction. Read more
