I have been buying subs from this location for over 2 years and always got a decent service. I went in today and asked for my... sub to be grilled. The 2 ladies started talking to one another and then one comes back and tells me the grill will not be readyfor another 10 mins. I was staring at the grill with the ready light bright red. Not very impressed this time around. I come here very often and most of the staff is wonderful to work with, but this time I... felt rushed despite no other customers behind me or indication of a lunch rush and the employee (I believe Parvinder was hername) automatically started putting processed cheese without even asking if I wanted it to begin with and which type I wanted (Icorrected as soon as I saw it happen and asked for Cheddar). She then sloppily put the cheese on unevenly. Then she immediatelywent to put it in the toaster (again not bothering to even ask- I had to stop her). She just had a pretty rude and rushed airto her which isn't in line with many of the other employees I've met at the location. Even then, I don't understand the reasonfor rushing this down the line and not even asking me if I want cheese or a toasted sub and just deciding for me.
