This place is so bad and dirty. I?m here waiting for 30 minutes for my food. The line up is like a food bank of people waiting... for food, bored out of their minds. These people and owners shouldn?t be in food business. I?m a 30 year customer and a chefmyself. Food looks subpar. Read more
Second experience here same as the first. I thought my first experience was a one off but clearly not. Saturday lunch... one... person who was both cook and server. It took more than 15 minutes to get a sandwich. The food was fine once we got it and itisn't the fault of the one employee. It's the fault of management who scheduled staff this way. Read more
Horrible service! My wife came home disappointed and disturbed from the rudeness of the employees. She was waiting at the... counter to take her order. They took forever as they were all in the back. My wife was trying to get their attention by sayinghello? The worker came abruptly, and yelled at her 'WAIT!' with a hand gesture. Mind you this is lunch time and they should beready to take customer orders. This was not the only time for bad service. 2 days ago they told me and multiple customers towait 18 minutes for the chicken to be ready. It's peak rush hour and they don't have chicken ready? If I can give this store a ZERO I would!!!! I placed an order at 652 pm online and never received the order. When calling I kept... getting the run around that my order was on the way. 2 hours later I finally got a hold of someone at the store who first saidmy order was delivered and then said it?s out for delivery. Chicken was fresh only because of 40 minute wait. Fries were dry and cold, gravy was super clumpy, and I didn't get the pieces... that they said they would give me. Avoid buying buckets of chicken from this location, next person came after me and they saidanother 30 min after I was already waiting 20 min. No effort is made to make extra chicken for dinner time demand, you basicallyhave to wait while they cook it from start.
