Pack patience when buying anything here. Always busy on the lunch period and there is always only 1 person in the store. Long... lines and inadequate staffing. It shouldn't take 7 minutes standing in line only to wait another 3 minutes for 1 drink. When yousee the line at the door, just turn around and go somewhere else. Read more
Lady works there needs to know some manners!! Extremely rude and won?t serve and will ask you to leave if you enter the juice... bar at 7:55pm because she is closing it at 8pm lol, even tho open sign was glowing up. Was with my family watching the employee on Saturday October 29 at 2:30pm argue with a customer who was trying to explain the... error that was made and instead of choosing to fix the misunderstanding that happened, she chose to continue arguing back withthe customer leaving with more drinks she paid for when instead she requested only a specific amount. It?s a shame that customerservice has gotten to this level. But it has made me aware that this location is one place we won?t be heading back to again.Hopefully the owner can take the time to speak/train the employee and perhaps give her some assistance on customer service.
