The atmosphere is good and the customer service is very good. Staff is really nice and the servers always come by to check up on... how things are. The manager also comes by to make sure all is well. As for the food, mostly it's great but sometimes the lobsteris more on the soggy side. Some of the seafood is naturally salty, so if they add more salt to the dish it would be too salty.The biscuits are by far the best I've had and I like how you can ask them for more to take away ????. I went for the first time to Mississauga location on Burnhamthorpe and I was happily surprised. Server was AMAZING, she was so... kind and knowledgeable about the menu and suggested some dishes and also featured drinks. We need more people like Tonya! Foodwas delicious, flavourful, good presentation and good quantity. I will definitely go again! Location needs a bit of anattention, some painting here and there to make it a bit up to date. In Canada first time I am trying Red Lobster. I took ultimate feast ( comprise of shrimp, lobster and snow crabs) and grilled... scallop. Food was tasty, fresh. Service was excellent. I did not give five stars only for price. I think it is expensive compareto food quantity and quality wise. Read more
Haven't been to a Red Lobster in over a decade and I decided to have some lunch with my father. It was like stepping back in... time, same decor with some new high tech table top entertainement / ordering at each of the tables. We were quickly sat and ourserver was awesome (Elise). Her demeanor and service level is excellent. The reason for a 3 star review was the speed ofservice ( in her defence she was busy with high maintenance tables/ parties) Food quality....hmmm... accpetable. Cheddarbiscuits are awesome. I could eat these all day. Appitzers were very oily. Entrees were tasty but my alfredo pasta had somuch oil at the bottom of the plate..it was quite hard to eat. From the atmosphere, to the waiters and waitresses, and the food, it was a positive memorable experience. Shout out to Lidia our... waitress. She was super friendly, funny, and knowledagble about the menu. She took care of us and we had an amazing time. Thefood was fantastic. The biscuits were warm and tasty (quite soft actually). Got the Seaside Shrimp Trio (so good and a greatbalance of variety!), and Seafood-Stuffed Mushrooms. Absolutely delicious! Reasonable price I think for one person and definetlyfilling. In this location they have a tablet (where we sat close to the window), and you can pay from the tablet (as one bill orsplit evenly). Had a great time. Read more
