Wow very disappointed. Tried drive through. 15 min. Backed out. Went inside. What a mess. Not greeted. Lady at cash did not even... ask. I left. Wow wow wow.went to Kentucky greeted with smile. I have repeatedly ordered from this location although I'm not sure why I kept giving them second and third etc chances, because... the percentage of times my order arrived to my house correctly was astoundingly low compared to how often it was incorrect. Mostrecently I ordered a Beyond Meat burger and it arrived with cheese on it. Cheese I didn't ask for (nor did I pay for, which isextra odd that it was put on the burger), and couldn't eat given dietary restrictions. I had to chuck the order because therewas no hope of salvaging it. You can't 'pick off' melted cheese. In the past I've ordered the same thing (always with no mayobecause again, dietary restrictions) and half the time it comes with mayo. Dairy is a VERY common allergy and this locationclearly doesn't have the care or concern to read their orders before making them. Food safety and customer care are clearly nota priority for this location. Finally I've learned my lesson though and will not be ordering from the Central Parkway A&W everagain. Read more
Ordered a Beyond Buddy Burger with no mayo, sliced onions, lettuce and tomato through the drive thru. Was served by a girl named... Nav. After driving off, I noticed the order wasn't complete as it had no ketchup or mustard like it always does. I drove back totell them they gave me a dry burger and requested they do it correctly. Nav started shouting at me that I was parked too farfrom the window, was being rude, that I only wanted a free burger, refused to give her name & shut the window on me twice. Aftera few mins a guy named Juthra (?) said he's the Supervisor and listened to my complaint about Nav. They did give the properlymade burger but ruined their reputation with me as a 3year loyal customer to that location. A&W should be ashamed to have Navworking there.
