Ordered a pizza from them online and it never came. We were waiting for over an hour and followed up and called customer service... only to be told they didnt get our order. Eveb though I have a confirmation email from them for the order. This was for ourdinner by the way. Completely messed up our dinner plans and had to figure out something else. I was not well so just ordered a vegetarian pizza (gr capsicum, sun dried tomatoes and onions) at 10.20pm and at 11.15 pm I got... delivered a non-vegetarian one. Since we are allergic to meat we had even requested for a change in gloves. I tried contactingGino's in Westwood Sq but the number on the internet is wrong. I had no way of reaching out to them. I've ordered from the Westwood Mall Gino's location 2-3 times in the past month and a bit.EVERY.SINGLE.TIME they've told me delivery within 45 mins. EVERY.SINGLE.TIME it's been over an hour and I still don't have myorder. Here's the kicker: this location is 5 to 10 mins drive from my house. They've NEVER called to advise they're runninglate, or give status of delivery if it's getting to the 45 minute mark and won't be delivered on time. First time I let it go,next time I called and spent 40 minutes trying to talk to customer service and the location who kept flipping me back to eachother. What service! It was a $70+ order and their remedy?! $10 discount. Which I had to practically beg and plead for.PATHETIC. It happened again today. I did not bother wasting my time or the driver's (by the way they only have the 1driver...like why?! What sense does that make? Staff up, hire another driver and get the orders out within or before theintended time). I WILL NOT be ordering from Gino's again. If you're looking for quality, warm food, delivered on time then thisisn't the place. Looking for professional management to actually provide a viable solution? Definitely not here.
