After I ordered and paid, the cashier didn?t give me any receipt or printed paper showing number. And a few moments late, the... girl who made us tea called by announcing numbers? How was I supposed to know what my number was if I wasn?t given anything inthe first place. Read more
I'm not one to make reviews but I had to this time. Staff were so rude. The moment you walk in, you're met with ALL the workers... on their phones as if they could care less if you were there. The girl taking our order gave an unnecessary amount of attitudewhen we asked for popping boba and they didn't have it in store. Peachy Lychee tasted like straight tea, chocolate delighttasted watered down, they failed to put tapioca into one of our drinks after we ordered and PAID for it but I was too annoyedwith the attitude of the girl taking our order to even complain - I just wanted to get out of there. the mic they use is trash, it?s so hard to understand the cashier and the tapioca is cooked on the outside but the inside is... rock hard, fruit teas barely had any flavour. best way to describe is they taste like water with those flavoured water drops ie.those mio ones. just make the little drive to go anywhere else for bubble tea Read more
Visited this location a few days ago and was not satisfied with the signature milk tea with brown sugar pearls. I go to Chatime... on a regular basis but it was my first time at this Mississauga location. I asked for VERY less tapioca and to be shown how muchthey put which they didn?t do and filled the cut with 20-30% tapioca which is a lot! And on top of that the tapioca was not aschewy as it should have been. Read more

A long-standing Chatime in the Plaza. They need a lot more attention to the interior and appearance. Otherwise, suitable for a... quick grab-and-go bubble tea location. Would not recommend staying too long as the staff is not welcoming and the lacking music/positive atmosphere from other locations. Beverages are consistent with the other locations. Their Passion Fruit Tea withJelly and Thai Milk Tea with Sago is delicious. The service is lacking at this location. Depending on the staff you get, theyseemed unorganized as the cashier was very flustered with the number of orders. The store does seem busy and has a decent amountof customers coming in (during Boxing Day). The interior of the store has exposed wood, questionable water damage, and lots ofattention required to upkeep.
