I?m pretty upset with my experience here. First of all the spinach does not look like it was washed. For a $20 salad I had... little to no pico de gallo. But above all, this is a very poorly run business. I waited over 45 minutes for my salad. I waitedhalf an hour in line, only to be asked to wait an additional 10 minutes for the salmon to warm up, but of course that took longtoo and I ended up waiting more than 10 minutes. It took so long the lady at the front forgot I was there earlier and asked mewhat I was waiting for? There were other folks there with mobile pick ups who went to the cashier and ask for their order butwere told it was not ready yet. Mind you it was at least 10 minutes after the scheduled pick up time. This place is adisorganized mess. Sure some of the toppings (aside from the unwashed kale salad) tasted nice, but I can?t afford to spendalmost an hour waiting for a salad. This was ridiculous. Read more

It used to be good. Now they use the cheapest ingredients whenever they can. Corn, cabbage?. Basically filler. I check in... sometimes but always disappointed. UPDATE. This happened: i went in today to help pick up a corporate order. A Porta Viaemployee came up to me and said: ?You?re Jose, you left a very bad review?? Then he started lecturing me. It was the lunchrush so everyone in line saw and heard. I asked him if he thought it?s good to point a stern finger at me and vent and he goteven worse! After that we waited 40 minutes to get the food we ordered. He basically waited for the lunch rush to serve us.Some sort of revenge? PLEASE DO NOT EVER DO THIS TO ANY CUSTOMER. Wrong is wrong.
