Always extremely slow. I've been here over 10 times and can't recall a single time where i didnt wait over 10 mins at their... drivethru even with the most basic orders (junior chicken) . Thats even when there is only 2 cars ahead of me. They're just veryslow and short on staff. Read more
This location has awful service. The drive through line is only for taking orders, then you go and park and they will bring out... the food. This has happened to me multiple times, this will be my last time at this location. If you want something fast do notgo here. Read more
I cannot remember the last time I was at a McDonald?s but I have to say last night was a complete nightmare at this... location. After not eating all day, running to a funeral viewing across town being stuck in traffic for hours all we wanted wasto sit down and enjoy a burger and fries. After waiting for 10 minutes at the order desk with NO ONE ACKNOWLEDGING that we areeven there. I do not like using machines to place my order I like the human interaction. We received our order and I have tosay the fries ???? were EXTREMELY SALTY. I WALKED UP TO THE FRONT A COUPLE OF TIMES WITH NO ONE EVEN LOOKING MY DIRECTION. ISAT BACK DOWN AND FINISHED MY BURGER ???? DIDNT WANT THAT TO GO TO WASTE. EVEN THAT WAS COLD. I ended up tossing my fries inthe garbage but decided to get an order to go WITHOUT SALT. ONCE AGAIN I WAITED ANS WAITED TO BE SERVED WITH ZEROACKNOWLEDGEMENT THAT I WAS EVEN STANDING THERE. FINALLY, someone served me, I explained my situation and instead of apologizingI was charged for the order of fries and I cannot tell you how long I waited to get them. My husband came in twice to ask whatis going on. Finally received my fries, left and discovered they too had salt on them when I specifically said NOSALT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The slowest coffee. I ordered 2 small black coffee. And waited for 15 mins. I ordered through kiosk and waited. There was no... queue at all. Best option is to drive through. Pls don?t waste your time ordering inside. For the reply from management. Thanksfor replying. There was not one person in your store to even reply to us. With me there were one more person who ordered 2coffee and waited long time. We even came near the counter to call one of you but nobody bothered to turn.
