Menu for Monte Carlo Inn - Airport Suites in Mississauga, ON

?WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT? I choose this hotel because in the write up it said there was an airport shuttle on request. Guess what... there wasn't .When I arrived and booked in I was given room 428. Went up and much to my surprise the beds hadn't been built. Thenext room was on the ground floor. Now I'm not a fussy traveller but on opening the bath mat there were black stains on it andhair. Not too bad of a hotel. Had a mishap of another young couple getting access into our room one hour after we checked in but we... were upgraded without any hesitation. Karen who worked at the bar was a delight to chat with and have us served. We came for ourhoneymoon and needed something simple but nice to wind down in at the end of the night since we have never been to Torontobefore! Read more

he was very disappointing. Front desk staff was rude! No service from cleaners. Literally they put the sign busy back ! Room was... dirty and phone don't even work! Promoting of no smoke and but they let them smoke outside and it reek of the smell of the weed!Breakfast is bad ! Might as well take out the egg ???? in the breakfast so lazy. All boiled egg no choice at all! Plus everyonecan come inside ! Plus the lock of the room won't work and keep failing! It was the worst service and room I've been with! Nevercoming back here! Positive: Staff was doing their best to be accommodating, laundry on site was cheap and very much needed after my travels.... Negative: I had to get upgraded to a room that didn't meet my needs because my room was overbooked. Apparently this is somethingthe hotel knows about and just continues to do. Stay was quite pleasant. Room was comfortable and check in/out were quite efficient and friendly. Great location as it is... easily accessible to Highways 401 and 407 and quite close to quite a few restaurants. There was only one issue, the room didn'thave a security latch on the door. Read more
