Went there for a Sunday lunch. The place looked so sad and empty with no ambiance at all. Food was so average in taste. Was... disappointed. Service was ok and had to wait a long time before the server would come to the table. Simple things like cheeseshredding on top of your fettuccine was missing. The special sauce was not enough so some parts had no taste! Enjoyed the dip -probably was the best in taste from what we ordered. Ample lot of seating if you are going in big groups and lots of tv screensto watch your games and the bar is separate with screens too. Read more
Terrible experience, provided one set of fork for 3. Even went out to get and was provided one more set. She said running out of... forks. What a joke. French onion soup OMG like vomit. The Tropical Chicken pizza is fantastic!! I had to give it's rate. The restaurant in this location is nice and big given it... haves a big patio by the entrace. The waitress that attended me, was very nice, polite and was checking on me often. Even themanager of the local seems friendly. He was going around making sure the people was enjoying their food. Went there for a late night dinner on a weekend. The customer service was good and attentive. We ordered some wings,... Mediterranean pizza and some baked pasta. All items were perfectly prepared and were fresh and delicious. The restaurant islarge enough to accommodate several groups of people at once. Read more

We dropped in with no reservation on a Friday night and we were quickly seated which was great. Unfortunately, the service for... the rest of the night was very slow and left to be desired. After getting water for the table, we did were not able to get ahold of our waitress to take our order. After waiting for over 30 minutes, we asked another individual if they could take ourorder (which they did). The food arrived within half of hour of us ordering and was nice and hot. Throughout the meal, we didnot get any refills for drinks. Generally, I would expect this on a busy night but there only appeared to be 2 other groups inthe entire restaurant, so I was surprised it was so difficult to get served. I likely would not return to this Boston Pizzalocation if given the choice. The food was enjoyable but what would have been a one hour meal took well over 2 hours due to theslow service. Read more
