What can I seriously say about drive way. The slowest driveway service ever. We literally waited more than 25+ mins and the guy... at the window didn't even say we sorry. The manager must do something about the poor service. The branch definitely in need ofmore workers or they intentionally not hiring more workers. Read more
Hire more staff!! Pathetic and slow service- I was at the window for over 20 minutes and no one took my order and then they made... up some excuse about things not working without any apology or recompense! Update: when I collected the order at the window theguy didn?t even have the sense to say hello and had zero remorse. Not even a smile or any manners let alone an apology. I come here everyday for the past 6years for my morning tea before work! I have seen drive through staff change quite a few... times at this location but the service everytime is lovely! They are fast, efficient and friendly! That smiling face in themorning definetely makes a difference. Thanks guys! Read more
Been to this Tim Hortons location for last 5 years since inception.!.. Seen staff as fully professional....taking good care of... every customer that came by. Can I give zero star to this Tim?s location ??? Staff- so unprofessional, and no sense to talk and behave . The manager - Navjot... kaur - I was still talking and explaining my order and she just hung up on me and when I went into the window she startedmisbehaving and the other girl did the same . Dear Tim?s - please hire some good staff members for this location as you musthave seen reviews and read them - these guys are pathetic , absolutely pathetic!! Please do some customer service training withthem and surprisingly , the manager herself - is so rude so can?t even expect better service in future . Only reason why thistime is still running is location and after this behaviour I would rather go to Starbucks then coming here waste my time ,energy and mood !!
