It?s always good. Quarter chicken with fries and a hot bun. The absolute best.
Today for Thanksgiving, my family and I have spent a total of 2.5 hours. The first hour and a half was waiting for the waitress... to receive our order, drinks and food in total. We are a very patient family that is very polite when it comes to long waits. Weare not sure if one of the waitresses called in sick for todays shift but someone came in late and one of the previous waitressthat took our order said someone is coming in to serve us. As a business, customer service is a number one skill that should beprioritized. I do not recommend anyone dining in here unless If anyone is looking into ordering food here, Calling a few hoursahead of time for take out would be recommended. Very disappointed. Read more
there was only 2 other tables present at the time we arrived. We had to wait 25 mins just for a server to reach the table then... waiting at-least 1 hr for the food to arrive. The server was nice but the kitchen was moving very slow for a night with zerocustomers. The washroom door is literally so nasty with like hand marks and food marks on the door to go in and the actualstalls. They should definitely be cleaned by a professional. Swiss Chalet fries are normally underwhelming at best. But this time around I would have to say it was the worse. It was like... the left over ends of the fries is what was served for our meal. It would have been okay to throw the odds and ends pieces inthe trash. When you think of fries its the medium to long white potatoes. Instead I got short nubs....yuck Read more
