Like anyone, I have been to a bunch of places throughout the country but I have to say this one has been the best one I have... been too. Rarely are they out of items, service is super fast and quality is top notch. They hardly ever mess up an order. Ionly go through their drive thru, as it's super fast. Read more
We just stopped at this Tim Hortons for bagels. It was the worst service we?ve had at a Tim Hortons. No one was attending the... cash, we waited 15 minutes at the front of the line to order and had to finally yell out for someone to come pay attention toboth us and the huge line of people behind us. It took 10 more minutes to get our bagels. The lineup went out the door by thetime we left. There seemed to be a lot of people working, just not at the inside counter. They were all servicing the drivethrough and ignoring the customers inside. When we finally got our bagels and left, we noticed that my daughter got two tops ofan everything bagel. Service getting worse every day. Waited in the drive thru line for almost 15 minutes while there were just 2 cars ahead and... still did not get the right order. Order taker was repeating the order time and again, but still might punched it in wrong. Whencalled to let them know about it, the lady was not ready to tell her name and hung up on me without resolving the issue. Read more
The worst Tim Hortons location I have ever been to. I understand that locations can be busy and understaffed, however this... location is slow even when there is nobody in the drive thru. They have gotten my order wrong 4 times over 5 months. I have hadterrible experiences for which it has taken me more than 3 weeks to hear back about compensation. I was promised compensationand told to come in the next day, when I came in I was told that my name wasn't in the system so they can't do anything aboutit.
