A great option for lunch - the salads are delicious, the owner is friendly and very accommodating. The quality has not changed... over the years and they've maintained a nice and clean environment if you choose to dine-in. Happened to be in Mississauga and was seeking a quick lunch bite nearby. Sprouts restaurant was a healthy option based on many... others' reviews. I was a little surprised at its popularity as its location is in a plaza with plenty of other eateries andchains. I ordered their wrap that came with a choice of soup, salad or chips. They also offered many pressed sandwiches andsalads at similar prices. The grilled chicken wrap looked delicious with quite a variety of fillings: corn, tortilla chips,black beans, lettuce and monterrey jack cheese with chipotle dressing. The portion was huge and each fresh bite had a nicecrunch. Chunks of chicken breast filled the cold wrap but would've tasted better warm. It was still good. The spicy Thai chickensoup was similar to Tim's. Both the soup and wrap tasted mildly sweet, the latter from the chipotle sauce and weren't spicy atall. Read more
