This Mr. Sub at Meadowvale Town Centre is always consistent when I order on an app. They?ve never gotten my order wrong even... with my ?extra this, light on that? requests. And when I go inside, it?s always super clean, staff are friendly and quick toserve you. Read more
I came in looking forward to ordering 3 large subs for my family of 3. I had not seen this location among the many eateries in... Meadowvale Town Centre (it's tucked beside KFC, Lazeez, Burrito Boyz, etc). However, this franchise is dishonest and uses baitand switch tactics. They have 2 layers of fine print. I had a promotion for 3 large subs (I read the title, and the smallestfine print - but they had an additional layer of fine print layered into the middle). I came in and was bait and switched. Wasteof my time. I left as I refuse to be a customer to bait and switch tactics. Grabbed lunch at another nearby lunch spot. Thisnegative experience makes me dislike Mr.Sub as a franchise now, and I will be less willing to give them my business in thefuture. Read more
