On Saturday morning (October 29, 2022). We used mobile to order one happy meal and some other food from MacDonald’s (Bristol/... Hurontario Mississauga location) for my kid because she wanted to have the Halloween Happy Meal Toy - Bucket. When we arrived atthe store to pick up our order, the staff told us they did not have the buckets in this location without any explanation orsorry (I am surprised that they never mentioned it online when we were placing the order). To be honest, I was only ordering thefood for the bucket on the day. Then we went to another location (Mavis/ Ellington, Mississauga)and the staff told us they havethe green bucket. Here we ordered another happy meal and asked to have apple slices instead of mini fries. When we got home andopened up our order, there were no apple slices but fries. Wasting money, time, and food, and we felt really bad about it. Thiswas just one of the very unpleasant experiences with MacDonald's services. i just now order a chicken nuggets meal with a large coffee when i drink the coffee its warm then i ask the lady who serve me... the coffee that its warm and shr ask if i want to reheat it.. i thought she gonna change to new hot one and up she just warmit.. its still the same..nothing change Read more
Slow and rude service. Simple as that. They take way too long and they assemble your order in the messiest way possible.... There’s no teamwork since you can see them running over each other to get work done and get nothing gets done. I live close tohere and have been going for years. When they are “understaffed”, the manager locks the door and lets no one in, and yet yousee employees just standing there. Read more
No refills on drinks at this location. Long wait for food. Men’s bathroom closed and hand sanitizer was empty. Parking lot is... a mess. Garbage overflowing outside and inside. Dirty tables with sticky seats. Disappointed. Read more
