Sadly, I checked the ratings of this place after purchasing food here. I know for a fact that the poor quality of the food has... to do with the kitchen staff and of course the owner over all. Food lacks taste (insufficient ingredients and just seasoning ingeneral ). I was digging into my Thai pineapple fried rice trying to find the chicken and when I did, it was only two strips ofit which lacked flavour as well. With this said, management please stop offering to fix things by direct contact with customer, just improve the quality or find your passion in something else. Ordered a Pad Thai as I usually do from thai express, but the sauce they use at this location is unlike any other. It's very odd... tasting and lacks the mild sweetness that I'm used too from other locations. For about $15 I expected better quality. Read more
