So I went there this morning @ 745a and ordered breakfast- $31 worth and the girl who gave me my food did not want to give me... any dipping sauce. I asked for the manager who has to be called to the window 3 xs before she came as she kept passing msgs tothe poor girl who was trying to help. I had then showed the rude ignorant and unprofessional manager the Uber Eats app n said ifI order it there you guys ask if you want dipping sauce. She then proceeded to tell me that I should order it off Uber then orbetter yet go to McDonald's (the most ignorant response)! The manager Manpreet (I believer her name was) even told me to takeit up with Peter (whoever that is). Some people are highly ignorant and unintelligent; if people stop going to thisestablishment then she looses her job. I ended up asking for my money back and went to another location 5 mins down the roadwith 0 issues. I asked the next location I went to about the dipping sauce and she said certain ones cost 35 cents and othersthey give 1 for every meal no charge, the second one is 35 cents. The first Wendy's I went to was willing to loose $31 overdipping sauce! This Wendy's also one day spilled hot coffee all over a gentleman in drive through and he came charging insideand the manager said it will dry and he will be ok( and he wss freaking out over her complete disregard over the situation). Where is the customer service? Right it doesn't exist better to go to the one at Derry and Mississauga Rd or Erin Mills wherethey have manners, decorum, professionalism plus this one is promoting McDonald's they don't want customers. Took my young nephew to Wendy's for the first time and they liked the food. The spicy chicken was just spicy enough for them.... Their fries are good too. Lots of parking space and the place was very clean and well kept. Read more
I ordered spicy chicken wraps and got grilled chicken. When literally the smell of their grilled chicken makes me want to Vomit.... It?s like it?s boiled chicken that?s why I only ever order spicy chicken if anything. Wouldn?t recommend other locations arebetter. Read more
Worst place , food , stuff and costumer service. 0 stars and below. We went there with my family and kids just knowing the... quanlity standards of Wendy's was quite nice. First, We were surprised by the dirty family washroom and then the trays given tous was dirty also.Plus when my husband was asking them about some items in the menu they start looking at him like if is askinga lot from them.And finally when he was putting the drinks the machine made a big mess and the Fanta was splashed on all hisclothes and shoes.And instead of bringing him something to clean himself and see what they can do, all the stuff there was rudeand a women that she said she is the manager, she was super unprofessional and has the bad customer service in her way ofspeaking and how to deal with these situations.She was angry and throw the cup in front of us in a bad way because after livinga bad experience there we told her that we will put everything in the review.she answered that she doesn't care.
