This first tim horton in Canada that tries to rip off customers. I ordered a chicken bowl at my visit, while the cashier kept... chatting with other employees, basically no respect to customer service. When Im picking up the order, they made a chicken wrapinstead. I told them I ordered the bowl and would like the bowl. The immediate response is ?do you have cash, pay $5difference.? When the actual difference is less then $2 between bowl and wrap. Luckily i paid by the app, and have no cash. Thenshe put in another wrap in the cashier and tried to charge me as the ?difference?. The price of the wrap was $7.99. I told themthe difference of the wrap and bowl wasnt that much and did not scan. She insisted im getting more food with the bowl. I toldher again the difference isnt that much. At the end, she refunded me on the app for the billed wrap, and charged me the rightamount for the bowl. (Could have done this from the beginning, apparently its not a problem to refund and bill the correct item)I cant believe they tried to rip me off with so many attempts, especially it was their own mistake while taking the order. Isthis even legal?! If Tim Horton Canada management want to reach out to me, I have no problem walk you through what happened indetail and identify the store clerks. Read more
The cashier sounds obnoxious and extremely inpatient. Please be aware that this is your job to take orders instead of... questioning and challenging customers. Also, she was so loud and rude to me because I customized my iced coffee. Read more
