Place is alright. Some of the staff is decent and respectful. I'll definitely come back but hopefully get 5 star service
The staff who made my sandwich, put on green peppers which I did not ask for. When I asked for the house subway sauce the staff... spent several minutes looking at the bottles . Then they asked me if I wanted mayonnaise. When I asked for a clear dressing they went to speak with a co worker. Then they put honey mustard on my sandwich. My low rating is because of multiple badexperiences I have had at this location and the one at Erin Mills Town center, where staff have refused to give me birthdaycookies and rewards that I have earned.
