Truly frustrating. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me. The first time, they forgot add the hash brown with my order;... last week the staff gave me everything but the hash browns. Each time, I would call and they tell me to come and pick it up, notfactoring the inconvenience, and today is the final straw, they forgot the kiddies' milk. Read more

Heartland location is full of rude people. I'm not sure if that gentleman man owns the location or a Manager he needs to be... understanding his customer' s needs. I ordered Latte and it was Luke warm I took it back and his answer was we don't make coffeemachine makes it and walked away. Poor service.Done with that location. Read more
Basically your typical McDonald's location except it's usually quite busy in-store so it's easy for orders to get mixed up.... Haven't had too much issues mainly going through drive-thru. Will randomly be shut down for construction every now and then. Read more
