Service was great, staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was clean and comfortable. The meals was great, fresh,... crispy fries, great stuffing and cranberry sauce. I had the quarter chicken dark meat and the only reason I?m giving it a 4 isbecause my chicken was very small and they changed the dinner rolls. Had a swiss chalet gift card and second straight time I ordered here for pick up that they missed an item upon pick up. The... first time we ordered, they missed the chalet sauce. This time, they missed 20 pieces of wings (ordered the ribs and wingsdinner). Dine in looked quiet and didn't seem to be busy. I have been going there for the past 20 years with my family. This location is one of the best in terms of serving fresh Swiss... chalet food. All servers are great but we always ask for our favorite who her name is Farzy. She is by far one of the bestservers I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. We dined early even on July 31, 2022. July Server Jola was terrific. Very patient and friendly helping us take the orders. Gave... our kids a larger amount to drink as she recognized they were older (8 and 10). The food quality and portion was very good. Wehad Nashville hot chickens. Good amount of spice, taste and juicy. This location has a modern design and even some outdoorseating.
