This Harvey?s restaurant has the worst customer service. The drive trough lights were not on when I pulled in, could not read... the menu. There were 2 different orders placed with different customization, and both were packed in the same bag. They agreedto seperate them for me and put them in 2 bags but did not give me any Fries or straw for the drink I realized there were nofries after I reached home and tried calling them and the lousy staff won?t even pick up the restaurant phone. My husband and I went there for lunch last week and we got there at the opening at 11:00, we were the first clients there that... day. I went to use the washroom, it was so dirty! I?ve been working for years in the maintenance/cleaning service, I?ve cleanedmy share of restaurants, stores, day cares, offices, clinics? you name it. The idea is that you have to make sure that the placeis clean for the clients, there should be an effort made, especially in the morning for the first clients. Anyways, I was thefirst one to use the washrooms that day and they were horrible! Dirty toilets, toilet paper on the floor in the stalls, handpaper on the floor everywhere except in the dispenser that was actually empty. Garbage was overflowing with trash, dirty mirrorsand hairs in the sink and on the counter! Makes me wonder what else is not being cleaned, especially places clients can?tsee! Not impressed at all!! Worst experience ever. Ordered on mobile app at 11:30, order got accepted and payment was deducted from my account. Went to... pickup my order at 11:40 and the store was closed . Next day asked the lady who works there she said the store closed at 10. Whywould you guys accept the order if store was closed? Then the south Indian lady there who was pretending to help said she couldnot do anything and gave me customer service number which turned out to be swiss chalet not Harvey i told the lady about it shesaid could not do anything. To be really honest I placed my order via online and it was kinda late and Harveys was only accepting orders via drive thru. I... actually didn?t had vehicle to go around drive thru and was actually thinking will it be safe and will restaurant handover foodwithout judging. I had a best experience with your staff on 30 June around 11 pm. Both girls were really hard working and happyto make my order. They helped me throughout process making it safe for me to pickup as well as very friendly. I reallyappreciate their efforts. Moreover they packaged my food very well. Read more
