Worst location to eat at and worst customer service. I bought chicken on the stix, and got burnt fries, I went back and asked... for a new one made and lady said no and she won?t give a refund. The fries was literally yesterday leftover fries that wasrefried. She told me she?ll give a new fries and laughed at me and said this how?s it?s made. Great experience, very family friendly. I went to eat there today with my husband and son, we all enjoyed it very much. Couldn?t... have asked for a better experience, amazing staff, very professional, clean environment and mostly our baby had a smile theentire time eating the food. What I enjoyed the most is the manager coming up to ask if we enjoyed the food, I found that veryrare, it shows the dedication of OSMOWS.
