Average service at this location. Communication seemed to be a barrier for the front staff. Took the "fast" out of fast food.... Will only go back if the other burger joints in the area are busy or closed. Note: USE THE DRIVE-THRU INSTEAD OF DINING IN. It's 11pm and this 24hour location said it was end-of-day and to come back in 10-15mins. You need to update your system so you... can send your end-of-day sales reports in real-time without having to shut down operations. Once reports are sent, itautomatically starts a new revenue day. Just put a fresh till in the register and you're good to go. With diners in thebuilding and cars in the drive-thru, you really should look into this so you won't have to turn away anyone at anytime. I went here this afternoon to pick up some lunch. I was waiting behind an older lady who needed help with some clarification... regarding her payment. From what I could hear, the lady wasn?t too sure if she was charged twice or if her payment went through.Her concerns were met with snickers from all employees. I found it extra annoying that your employee, Gayatri, long after thelady had went to her table to eat her meal, she was still laughing and making jokes with the other workers and the otheremployee was just rolling her eyes. I understand that some customers can be a lot since I work part-time retail, but whenthey?re a little older and just need someone to calmly explain something then we should be compassionate to do so. Also, when Ipaid cash, Gayatri just walked away assuming I was paying debit and she yanked the cash out of my hand. Mind you, there wasliterally no one behind me waiting for their order and there was about 5+ employees working. If your employees want to betreated with kindness, they should do the same as well. Love having breakfast here. Food is better than some expensive breakfast places & definitely better than all fast food chains.... This is our go to breakfast place after sunday church. It's not just breakfast that's great here. Food quality is much muchbetter than your usual fast food places. When my lil one craves for burger, it doesn't matter if i have to drive a bit further.I always prefer to take her here. Keep up the good work guys! Read more
