The service was very good, our server was energetic and seemed really on top of things. The food was also good, I got the... linguine Alfredo with chicken breast and it was pretty good and very filling. We dropped by East Side Mario?s for dinner last night and were offered a freshly made garlic loaf as a starter. The loaf was... nice and warm. We waited a little while for a server to come and take our order, however, once we ordered our meals arrivedfairly quickly. My drink, the rainbow Shirley was fruity and fun- I enjoyed it. The Budda Boomers were tasty, especially withMario?s signature tomato sauce. We enjoyed both the Cheese Cappelletti and the Jumbo Shrimp Alfredo, although the dishes couldhave done with some more seasoning. Lastly, the tomato soup was simple but made for an excellent comfort food option, it wasdelicious. Our server, Tony graciously offered us freshly shredded cheese on our soup/salad/pasta each time- it was a nicetouch! He also made sure to check in on us often which was appreciated. I visited the East Side Mario's in Heartland Mississauga for the first time in quite a long time for a birthday meal with the... family and I was not disappointed at all. I understand that this location is an older one and has been arpund for quite sometime but it never hurts to give the old timers a chance once in awhile. First of all our waitress was on point and did not missa beat she was always happy to look after us no matter the request from large to small she was always happy to help. To startoff with the waitress took our drink requests including alcoholic beverages which my daughter had ordered for me as a surprisefor my birthday so not sure what they are called but they had been really good and not to strong my daughter also liked herdrink which had a slush in it and I had the chance to taste it and it was really nice and refreshing (images are attachedshowing drinks). The waitress whos name I wish I could remember (my apologies to her for that) came back to take our dinnerorder along with our table salad which we ordered as a Cesar Salad (Images attached) it was really good and very well dressedwithout us having to ask for more of anything ford dinner I ordered the Chicken Parm Sammy with fries (Images attached) and themeal was hot and seasoned nicely along with the fries my bun was nice and fresh. My wife ordered the large Chicken Parmesanwhich came with Spaghetti (images attached) as well and she loved it but had a hard time eating all of it. My daughter had theShrimp Alfredo ( Images attached) and she said the shrimp had been cooked perfectly and the sauce amount was perfect as well asit being nice and creamy she too had a hard time finishing her meal as it was a considerable amount.
