Whoever is working there on October 15, 2022 at 1030pm messed up my order. I ordered half and half. She blamed it on not being... able to see the message and told me she can't do anything. I then told her I ordered before and no issues has happened. I saidI didn't want it anymore then she said she would remake it. Instead of making a new one, she refried the other half and justadded sauce on it. Now the other half is salty and I can't eat it. The food is delicious and a wide variety of wing flavours for every palette. However, the service at this location has much to... be desired. I called two days early to place an order for Saturday evening. I arrived at the time that I had asked for pick uponly to find out that they will not start the order until I arrive. Then what is the point of placing an order early. Theexcuse is that the owner has had experiences that orders placed were never collected. My suggestion would be that if an orderis placed that a credit card/payment must be attached. There should be a better way to do business. Read more
