TAZA GRILL + BAR 5444 Dixie Road My stay at the hotel was over 3 days so I had the pleasure of 3 tasty breakfast, 3 amazing... lunches, and one very sorry/rude take out. The last night i had a headache and just wanted take out for my room. It was seatyourself so i chose a seat in the walkway where I'd easily be seen. Servers and bartender saw me sit down. They walked around mefor close to 20 mins before Robert stopped by my table to ask if I wanted something. I ordered the nachos, extra sour cream andtriple chocolate cheesecake from their online menu. He wrote everything down and walked away. When he brought the bag, I saw avanilla cheesecake on the bill, as well as it was $16, not the $10 posted online. When I asked him what this was, he said theydidnt have the chocolate one i ordered. I asked him to please take it off the bill. If its not available, then thats fine. Hehanded me the menu and told me (didnt ask me) to just pick something else. I glanced it over and said no, not really interestedin anything else. He grabbed the bag and walked away. When he came back, he dropped the bill and walked away, realizing he'dforgotten the bag. He dropped it on the table and walked away. I tried to catxh his eye when i was done filling it out but hejust completely ignored me. Note: You don't substitute something without asking and then get cross when a customer doesn't wantit. I still tipped 20% for the rudeness. Hope he night got better. I have to say, this is the sorriest take out order of nachosI've seen in a long time. Picture attached. Cheese is burnt for what little cheese there is. Server didn't include the extrasour cream. I can't say there was no toppings, but I expected more than 1 small diced piece of tomato, 2 olive slices, and 1slice of jalapeño. Had breakfast here during our stay at the hotel. The food was good and the portions plentiful. The service was warm and... friendly. The dining room is spacious and bright. The hours are limited at the moment so be sure and check before coming. Read more
We waiting over 45 min for our drink order, another 30 minutes to put our food order. They only had two staff working the front... and about 20 customers in the restaurant. They advised us that they are struggling due to the large amount of amount of guestsin the restaurant. The staff that do work are barely seen. We ordered food that should not take any longer than 20 min to get tothe table and waited over an hour. In future we will pick the A&W across the street. Read more

Possibly the worst place I have ever been. food was mediocre, and takes 20-30 minutes to get one drink watched multiple people... order drinks and food and there?s came even before I got one single drink. Only 2 servers, who are very respectful, just shouldnot be in the food industry. Read more
